Hodsock Priory – Wedding Photography in Blyth, Worksop – Becky & Grant

A beautiful Springtime wedding I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Becky & Grant at the stunning estate that is Hodsock Priory. Although a cool breeze meant the couple could not have their wedding outdoors as planned, it was a remarkable day nonetheless!

The bride got ready in the beautiful and huge honeymoon suite (I am still jealous of that bathtub!) And the groom squad got to relax with a few beers in one of the cottages.

The couple enjoyed a full-day manor house wedding experience at the beautiful and timeless Hodsock Priory Estate.

The wedding took place in the indoor ceremony room and the reception hall was decorated in the pink and blue floral theme of the day.

After the wedding breakfast, we took a walk and got some stunning shots in the grounds and down by the lake as the sun was setting.

Congratulations again, Mr & Mrs Ball! Thank you for trusting me with your special day.

Why choose Hodsock Priory for your big day?

As a wedding photographer I have the pleasure of working at so many venues and have the privilege of working with lots of incredible staff and Hodsock Priory is definitely way up there! This classic Nottinghamshire manor house has so many rooms and spaces for your guests to explore and relax in throughout the day.

The estate features a huge dining and reception area with an adjoining bar, and even a traditional and classical library! There is so much to look at and see at this venue and I always feel like I’ve travelled back in time when I work here.

The bridal suite is strikingly beautiful and leads on to  the downstairs parlour while you wait for your double-door ceremony entrance.

The gardens grounds are vast and luscious and even have a lake which makes the most picturesque backdrop for your wedding photos, especially when the trees are blossoming! There are so many options for photographs and we’ll have a lot of fun exploring together.

“I couldn’t recommend Aimee enough! Our wedding video is perfect and she made it so special and personal to us. She’s so professional, talented, and so friendly. She was there capturing every special moment and we didn’t even notice her there!
The footage is incredible and I can’t thank you enough for all the little things you did for us on the day to help make it seamless!

“Aimee did the videography for our wedding. The footage she captured was absolutely perfect and we didn’t even realise she was taking throughout the day. She turned the wedding film round so quickly for us which was really appreciated as we were eager to watch it. Aimee was so professional and the film she created was 10/10 I can’t recommend Aimee enough!”
